Hi Everyone ,
Just finished another 445nm laser. This one outputs 2.2W ! :evil:
This laser is custom built. I have took the regular c6 host and polished it to mirror finish . Also polished the heatsink face ( heatsink is made from copper ).
It uses a buck driver set to 1.8A , the driver also has a copper sink on the main ic for longer duty-cycles and life time.
All in all , it was a great laser to build. Really like the c6 host and hopefully it will go to a new owner soon.
:beer:
This laser comes with a full kit :
* Laser
* 2x 16340 Batteries
* Charger
* Saftey Goggles
Specs :
Diode : M140 445nm ( Blue )
Diode's Output : 2.2W
Driver : Buck Driver set to 1.8A
Lens : High Power Lens - 405G2
Power supply : 2x 16340 rechargeable batteries ( Included )
Duty cycle : 60sec on 60sec off.
This laser use a buck driver which is much more efficient than linear driver. The driver's IC is also heatsinked for durable duty-cycles.
Power Check ( taken with Laserbee 2.5W usb meter ) :
The price for this laser is $xxx
Worldwide Registered shipping + full tracking is $15.
If you have any further questions just shoot me a PM :beer:
And now some pictures !!
Thanks for watching !! :wave:
