Re: Selling: Arctic, review unit

If nobody offers to buy it soon, then I take up on your offer and sent it to you in exchange for $225 in orders.

I give it, say, one week?

Almost. It was sent for free but customs charged me $90 with fees and other taxes.

The fact that I got it for free does not descrease his value, nor my ever-enlarging hole in my wallet.

I would never sell a laser like that if I didnn't need the money. However, crisis has come. Need cash. I have some, but if I spend that on necessities (car, insurance, etc), I get apsolutely nothing left, and I have no lasers what so ever except that (and quick reddie since my 6x GGW died, go figure).

Well rather than rebuke me, could you explain to me? And I have handled high poweded lasers, just have mostly used the AxiZ. And wouldn't I have to pay you before I got the laser anyways?

No, I would not sell the lenses alone. Whodunit, you don't even know what expanded lens kit is. I am sorry but I would not trust you with this laser or faith of purchase and repayment of $250 in orders.

Re: Selling: Arctic, review unit

Well if he wants it thats cool. I came home about 3 hours ago wanting it and set it up so i could get it and then saw he got it before me. I will do the 125/125 deal for the 250 if that doesn't go through, I got it now. I really borrowed the money and when I got home I was just going give you the 250$. I got home 30 min to late... Or maybe not...I know you told me to not PM you anything so I'm posting it here 1st.

Guys, PMs replied to, please, I do not want to be a judge in anything.

I'd like you two to reach consensus over who gets the laser, in nice police gentlemen-like way.

Both of you have met my $250 requirement and doing 125/125 now and next month makes no difference since I won't use up all the money right now (that's why I'll be doing public record of money spent, so I don't forget).

Re: Selling: Arctic, review unit

I'd also like to add one thing though,

Krogith, you did not have to borrow the money actually, I don't think you've read what kind of purchase is this going to be.

I cannot recieve cash over online, what I do is send buyer the laser, and buyer will pay for orders of stuff I will make until $250 is accumulated. So you had one month to come up with $25 that were missing.

I kind of thought about it this way :
FlaminPyro already has all sorts of lasers. Arctic would fulfill his collection (I'm assuming he never had one).

Krogith would in that case return the money borrowed (so you don't have to worry about it), and with money he had buy new laser parts to make new lasers (which is exactly what I plan to do with money from this Arctic).

So basically, everybody gets everything. Krogith gets a lot of lasers, Jeff gets the Arctic (already has a lot of lasers).

However this is just thinking out loud and is in no way siding with anybody.

Please discuss it openly here, to see what kind of agreemend do we make.

Sorry for double post.

Re: Selling: Arctic, review unit

I understood the payment process. FP got the laser and PM. I just asked him if he wasn't a 100% sure he wanted It...I would be more than happy to get it as i have a lot of ideas with the lens heads and smoke in some pictures i wanted to mess with...... I just made that offer to him just in case.
I was in no way trying to fight over the laser. It is FP call. I just made the offer because I had really committed my self and decided I wanted it... If it ever starts getting any dust FP :can: I'd love to have the chance to get it again. :D Have fun with the laser FP.:cryyy::cryyy:

Re: Selling: Arctic, review unit

Okay then, so it is settled.

FlaminPyro, just write a final confirmation that you want the laser, and I will update the Original Post with record of purchases made. (It would also be a great time to PM me your shipping adress).

Krogith, you can purchase some diffraction gratings from O-like if you want, they are $10 for 10 pieces. They are small cut solid pieces (like glass), not a foil type ones, they give pretty damn good beams. Sorry that you didn't get the laser, there will be more opportunities to get one :) And about it collecting dust at Jeff's place, heh, I'm pretty damn sure he'll come up with some mega epic modification for it, machine it over in his lathe or something and make it into something 2x more value than it is now.

P.S. FlaminPyro, you would not happen to have some 445nm diodes on stock, would you?
