No idea, I think the 78mW is avarage, Yobresal LPM'd this for me.

The beam specs on it is amazing, it's a really tight beam, about half the size of a 532nm pen beam.

Edit: Beam is less than a mm at aperture.

I guess the only question left, is how big is it?

A little smaller than 6 inches long, and a little less than an inch wide. Sorry I can't give you a more accurate measurement, but I seem to have misplaced my digital caliper.

Re: FS - Lots of Parts and Lasers

Just looked over the original group buy thread... I know I said it was the last question, but I lied:eek:

How much run time, ballpark, does it have on it? I mean is there any reason you're selling it? Dips in power, anything like that?

Re: FS - Lots of Parts and Lasers

Well, I don't have an LPM (I keep on putting it off ;)), but visibly it doesn't look like it has any dips in power, i'm selling it because I just ordered the REKE-500 and this laser doesn't get much use.

Ballpark run time... Around an hour, with short duty cycles, 30 second on, minute off.

Edit: From a cold start, it takes a couple of seconds to reach full power, but that's normal for KTP I think.

Received the Yobresal GB 100mW green waterproof laser today, and just finished testing it out.

Total output is ~130mW, with about 30mW IR content.

Looks Like waterproofing lens is AR coated:D laser puts out ~150mW without it!

Thanks:beer:

Edit:

Have you ever tried the laser with a 3.7v battery?
