I just built this 638nm laser it only has five minutes of total run time for testing. All internals are new, the Stainless host had a 650nm build in it that I purchased from Cheech226 
but I thought this host could use more power with a nice bright Orangish beam coming out of it. It is not to be used over 5.5v so no (16340 or 18350) double batteries it will kill this laser! Uses a single 18650 battery which is included and a charger
Duty cycle is 90 sec. on and 60 sec. off

638nm 500mw diode w/ copper module (by DTR)
ALU heatsink
1050ma IRON4D driver (Cajun Lasers)
G-2 lens (by DTR)
Custom Focus adapter (by Mrcrouse)
