I have for sale 405nm, 635nm, 685nm, 780nm, and 808nm diodes, some 16mm 808nm AR coated lenses, and an SH-032 stainless steel host with an aluminum heat-sink for a 12mm diameter green laser module.

Lot 1 ($37 shipped):
  • The 405nm diodes are PHR-803T.
  • They are >110mW capable. I tested one to ensure that it works.
  • The 635nm diodes are 20mW and 5mW capable. The one with the long pins is the 20mW.
  • The 685nm diodes are 35mW capable. There is a thread about them somewhere.
  • Sold as-is with no warranty.

PHR-803T:

635nm:

685nm:

Lot 2 (SOLD pending payment):
  • The 808nm diodes are 300mW, 500mW, and 2W capable.
  • The 300mW is 5.6mm open can, the 500mW is b-mount with FAC, and the 2W is C-mount with FAC.
  • They all have been tested for functionality. The 300mW and 500mW were going to be used to repair some greenies. I never finished the project.
  • The 2W is a Snoctony e-bay diode. I ordered 2 to make some IR burners but abandoned the project after I decided it was too dangerous. I will include one 16mm AR coated lens with this lot.
  • Note: B-mount has been sold separately and will not be included. Price adjusted to reflect this.
  • Sold as-is with no warranty.

SH-032 host + heatsink: SOLD
This heat-sink was made for me by Flaminpyro. Unfortunately, I never got to use it. It is designed so that the glass window can be kept in place so that the laser will remain waterproof. It is fit for a 12mm diameter green laser module with a 16340 RCR123A battery.
$40 shipped

808nm AR coated 16mm glass lenses:
I ordered these for some big 808nm lasers but never got around to using them. I have 4. 1 is reserved for Lot 2. I don’t recall what the focal length is but I think it is somewhere in the neighborhood of 30mm.
They work great with a big multimode pump diode with FAC.
Lot of 3 for $33 shipped.

The 780nm diodes are 5-150mW capable. They are free to anyone who wants them that makes a purchase.

Prices are for shipping in USA.
I will consider reasonable offers.
Post here or PM.

Re: FS: Diodes - 405, 635, 685, 780, 808nm + Lenses + SH-032 host and heatsink

Is that a B Mount IR 808nm.?:can:
If so how many mW is it.?

I have been going Nuts looking for one.

Edit:

NM I see it is a B mount and 500mW.

Would you just sell that to me. Please.!!!

Do you need to repair a CNI greenie? That's what I was supposed to do with it but I ran out of time and ended up losing the mounting screw. If I had all the parts still I would have included 'em.
PM me and make me an offer. :)

Yes.:)

Thank You.

My CNI Is not putting out what it should. Its only ~73mW. I know its the diode as the driver is Working Fine.

PM Sent.

^^.What.?

These are not from heurscience sale and is not trying to turn a profit. If he was these prices would be alot higher.!!!

RA is a Respected member here and iam 100% sure everything he is selling works or he would not sell it.

You sure you posted in the Right thread.

I'll take the SH-032 host! :D

I don't like that.
No warranty is one thing, it might have been destroyed in shipping or whatnot. However, he had never mentioned that they are either working or not working. I would trust his word on it if he had said they were working and I understand he is a highly respected member. But the entire "sold as is" thing kinda makes me uneasy.

Hmmm. Last time i check no one gives a warranty on bare diodes.

What makes this different.?

I'm not sure if they were tested or not. If they were tested just if they work, not even need to be up to specified power (~%20 would be FINE for the deal) I would be interested in lot 1 and the 780nm diodes.

Diodes are typically not sold with warranties because they are sensitive components and if one is destroyed it is not always easy to tell if it was user error, manufacturing defect, or an error on the seller's end.

I have all diodes shorted and take anti-ESD precautions when handling diodes. I have tested one of the PHR-803Ts, the 5mW 635nm diode, the 300mW 808nm and the 2W 808nm. The other PHR, the 20mW 635nm diode, and both of the 35mW 685nm diodes are brand new and untouched as they were when I purchased them. Most of these diodes were purchased as "backups" and were never used because I try to kill as few lasers as possible. ;)

Just for reference, PHR-803Ts are/were ~$10 each, the 20mW 635nm was $22. The 685nm diodes and the 5mW 635nm diode are basically free. :)

Send me a PM if you are interested.

Oh yeah, I am not reselling Herrurscience's stuff. As stated above, they are extra items I purchased and never needed to use.

Re: FS: Diodes - 405, 635, 685, 780, 808nm + Lenses + SH-032 host and heatsink

That settles me down a bit. I still don't like how some were untested but under the circumstances that they were never used before is fine then.
If these stay up for sale for a while or don't get taken right away, I might buy lot 1 or 2. However, I'm not a big IR guy and already have satisfied my 405 wants and am not a big red guy.
Thank you for clearing that up, however. I could picture some people saying "Don't like it F^%$ off"

That is ok with me. :na:

I am open to offers!
I am in no hurry to sell these so they may be up long enough to decide.
Thanks for your interest. :)

I see Lot 2 was pending payment a month ago, I'm presuming sold by pm as I don't see it here.
If that sale falls through I'm interested. Tho I don't how much it was going for. :undecided:
Actually its the FAC lens on the 808nm 2W C-mount that interests me (or any FAC for that matter). :)

EDIT I see they were originally ~$100 from snoctony so its probably out of my price range.
