Re: FS: 5.4W NDB7A75 445nm handheld With G2+G7 - the Sliver Star price lowered!

okay, to wrap it up, so basically the difference that you offer is:
-using >2min mode protect
-G7+G2

instead of what it comes from onine store:
-using 2min mode protection
-G2 + spare lens(?) quote from web: "AR coated optical glass film (two-piece collimator, send spare G2)"

the other that included on the package was:
-two original Sanyo 18650 battery
-charger
-stainless steel head (two type)

the G2 and G7 can be replaced easily, right?
because either one has an advantages and weaknesses over the other one..

about 405nm, 1W++ with G2 and host which fits 2x18650/2x16340/2xCR123 (or interchangeable like >this<, >this<, and >this<), how much is it?
how much is the price differences between gold color and metallic nickel?

thanks in advance, i really interested in the sleekness of the host..
p.s: i guess you need to build a host that fits 2x26650

The online 5W one include one min protection and a G2/3 elements lens, charger, laser ngoggles, five different effect lenses and thats it, no more stainless head because its a limited promotional item.

if you want the laser goggle and effect lenses or even charger in this purchase, I will send you for free because I got a lot of them.

And no the 405nm diode doesn't require 2x batteries to power up, it only takes a single 16340 battery into the host which on the first picture you saw under" our series", the second one from the left.

2x26650 is impractical............

The materials used to build this are provided by a laser workshop and I built this recently for the first step to introduce the quality one can touch and feels from the workshop "sanwu" in english : "triple fives" .

*********** I ganrantee the output of this laser >5.2W otherwise you can return it for refund immediately. ***********

Video(my own 7A75):

LPM test Video (as you noticed, the power reduced after 60s because the protection kicks in:

The water proof 27cm x 24.5mm host is made from nickel-copper alloy (cost around $60 actually) for lowest thermal resistance to absorb and transfer the enormous heat from the copper heatsink and 7A75 diode to the whole body to achieve unlimited running time and stability that one cannot expect in such powerful laser.

The ACC 6A driver itself is developed specifically for high power blue laser with 5 modes: Safety Mode <30mw, half power <4W, Strobe, Full Power and SOS mode. Short press to switch modes.

Laser / Diode / battery Protections:

There's an electronic lock to prevent unauthorized use. When starts, short press three times under three seconds and it will lock as safety mode, to unlock just short press five time under three seconds when starts also. For the diode, the laser will switch to half power if the total running time is over 2 minutes at full power, you can simply short press the tail button then it will back to full power. Driver will lower down the current a bit if the temperature is too high because of long using time. Reverse Polarity Protection is in too.

The laser takes 2x18650 and the operating current is 4.2A with 3.2A drains from batteries.

Come with a G2 lens and new G7 lens:

As usual - Beam shots:

Any questions would be welcomed!

Edit****

Now you should watch the second video as output reference but not from the pics I posted before - it's some old pictures of my own 7A75 handheld output just for handy and I assume the output of this laser should be around the same with totally the same setup. 4.2 current, same heatsink/host and everything. The 6W headings /readings whatever you called is just to attract eyeballs and I apologize for misleading people of its output but still 500mw+- floating isn't quite serious. I don't know why it grinds someone gears so much of my batteries. Even a 0.1A drop may result a big different in output for such powerful laser. In 2W 445nm, it may only lead to 50mw drop but in 5W scale that's a different story. I had some misconception of batteries but I never said better Mah batteries produce a better performance. I said better quality batteries with bigger mah may help to increase output(which is wrong@constant current driver but not wrong in linear driver such as jetlasers greenie). And I am sorry to cover my mistake/power loss with such nonscene reason(thanks for the lessons). I don't know what other people thinking but that's a real 7A75 diode using inside the laser with at least >5200mw output on G1 lens. Not some cheap chinese pointer with overstating ultra exaggerate output which a common image here on LPF. I can guarantee if our quality failed to amuse you then whoever bought it can refund immediately. :)

could you please post a photos of the copper heatsink (facing the hole)?
i just realized that it seems more just a hollow heatsink than a solid block copper.:thinking::thinking:

The fronthead is solid and the body part are "hollow" as some space for DRIVER and WIRE to be well connected and placing inside.

?????????????MAXLaser | ?????????????MAXLaser

Is it a shop reselling your product to?

あなたの商品を転売しているお店ですか?
I believe so, someone purchase those lasers from sanwu's online shop and send it to japan for reselling with a 30% higher price than sanwu.

They even put sanwu's videos in their youtube channel...I will contact sanwu to ask them if they know something about this.

And no, sanwu is not my shop either, I am just representing them most of the time.

****Edit. Turns out sanwu's products do distributing to other countries but what after the lasers reached to them, sanwu has no control anymore.

yes, check your pm!

I'm tired of searching allied express in a sea of laser uncertainty! I bought my first laser from the app on my phone called geek. It is a 1w blue laser and it was pretty awesome for my first serious burning laser. However after doing some research I found that there are far better lasers out there, and my new laser burned out already. With my new fascination I realized I have much learning to do. I want to buy the best burning laser I can for around 300$.
After reading this forum I realized that many places like allied express exaggerate the power of their lasers. Although you see that the advertisements claim the lasers all seem to have the same burning capabilities. How can I determine which laser will burn the best. The laser I bought did alright but I see it was lacking in something, possibly the optics sucked. I have many questions being new to this hobby. Please help direct me or sell me the best laser. I want to be the best laser I can be. Help

Welcome to this hobby,

I gave you three options under pm already, they are all using the most powerful diode NDB7A75. 5w+ is the highest output as a single diode handheld of 445nm which burns the best in short distance. If you are consideraing to buy with the budget around $300, I guess you could go for the option 1.

If you don't know much about this NDB7A75 diode you can ask me or search here to find out.

Cheers:beer:
