These are new SF501B 445nm blue lasers.
These lasers use buck drivers , that are set to 1.5A - 1.78A , which are much more efficient than linear drivers.
The drivers IC's are also heatsinked ( with small copper sink )for durable duty-cycles.

Lens : 3 elements glass lens ( 1W - 1.6W ) \ 405G2 Lens ( 2.3W )
Power Supply : 2x 16340 batteries or 2x 18350 batteries ( Not included ).
Duty-Cycle : 60sec on\off

Btw., I find the price of the postage more than competitive.
