This entirely depends on the host. If it's an 18650 host and it can take two 16340s then it'll most likely have room for a couple 18350s unless it's very tight with the 16340s.
Total length of an 18650 = 65mm
Total length of two 16340s = 68mm
Total length of two 18350s = 70mm
So if the host was made to accommodate only an 18650 and there was no more room then it might fit but the tailcap wouldn't be able to thread all the way. There also might be a bit of mercy for room in the spring. Most 18650 hosts I've seen (and made) will take two 16340s but two 18350s is pushing it.
Edit: Looks like Bob beat me to it :beer: as he said, if it takes a couple 16340s, the 2mm of extra space for the 18350s shouldn't be cause for concern.
