I personally picked this up from daguin, super brilliant fellow, and had him verify the mW.
Always kept a duty cycle of 20 seconds on and 1 min off to be safe. I would say there is at most 45min run time total.

Very clean, used only on occasion. If you are not happy I will gladly refund.

Comes with RCR123A (AW 16340 307V 550mAh) and nano charger.

This is absolutely brilliant! I love 405nm's and they don't get around much anymore on account of everybody being all over the 445nm's. If you don't have a high powered 405, it is definitely worth it! Good luck with the sale!
