AUCTION OVER. CONGRATS TO ALL THE WINNERS. Paypal instructions will be sent. enjoy your lasers.

Yep thats right, the ever so famous hotlights hosts in Polished silver, black, and red for auction.
*Extended* auction will end 9PM PST on Friday April 15.

The silver and black hotlights are blue 445's and the red on is well duh! 650nm red.

Power figures as shown in pictures of LPM reading:

Silver = 1515mW !!
Black = 1633mW  very nice!!
Red = 292mW with aixiz glass, I just tried out the AR coated acrylics and it peaks at 312 and stays around 306

All these lasers will come with the following:

Silver and black hotlights = 18500 battery, charger, dust cap, aixiz 445 glass lens. The driver is a boost driver so you only need 1 battery.

Red hotlights = runs from a Rckstr Driver and 2 CR2 batteries. The CR2's are held in place and does not bounce around thanks to my ingenious battery sleeve. :crackup:p...v...c... pipe 94 cents a yard. Includes a charger, magnets for the charger so it fits the smaller cr2 batteries, dust cap, the batteries itself obviously, and your choice between the AR coated acrylics or the aixiz glass for 650.

The bids start off at these levels:
EDIT: Bids should be in $5 dollars increments at least. thanks!

final hours of bidding.

Black hotlights = $100 *bonus price* = $190 Current Bid: 190 - pretty much won by 2100
Silver hotlights = $90 *bonus price* = $190 Current Bid: 135 - tentatively won by Fenzir
Red hotlights = $40 *bonus price* = $100 Current Bid: 65 - bidded by frickinlazerz
Now for accessories.
Aluminum hardcase for lasers. It has soft memory foam on both sides lining the insides. There is also a velcro attached pouch (removable as well) that can store you batteries or lenses. Can fit 2 or even 3 lasers no worries. The pictures show two lasers I have, and even when i shake the case, or throw it on the bed, the lasers stay in place. VERY STURDY and pretty to look at. The only safe way to transport or store you laser is with something like this.

Oh did i also mention they have keys and can be locked for extra security.

$25 by itself or if the auction hits *bonus price* for the laser you bid on, I will ship out all your stuff in the case and include it for free. (only 4 available ATM)

its an njg-18 with pieces of aluminum heatsinking all the parts that was recommended to be heatsinked from SHIN's thread. It helps alot. Makes this driver very stable.

Neat. I love that driver. Do you replace any of the resistors?

no, I replaced the black capacitors with higher value caps and it works great. Seems much more stable and able to handle the high current draw.

this is not custom work my friend. These hosts come like this. I found a place that sells these "hotlights look-a-likes" in 4 colors.

I'll put a bid down on all three.
So, $100 for the black
$90 for the silver,
And $40 for the red.

I doubt I'll win though.

Yes, pls put me down for the Black 1.6W hotlight. Am deciding between this and bhwollen's 1.2W, but the aluminum box + PU foam wrapping will sure come in handy for the long shipment halfway across the world. :thanks: (well for usd30 cheap "300mW" greenies I won't care much, bubble foamed envelope is good LOL!)

BTW, just to doubly confirm, the batteries are 3.0V RCR123A right? To ensure a smooth shipment I am thinking of even leaving the provided batteries out, i'll just get a set here. Or maybe can tape it to the host's body so that it does not even look remotely like a flashlight.
(I've got quite a couple of shipments across via EMS/HK/China Post which when scanned will show flashlight hosts in every imaginable size though).:tinfoil:
I suspect they opened a DHL package as they tore up my power adaptor's box packing, that contained a 55W 6" reflector HID searchlight.

Edit - sorry, just saw that the black hotlight runs on a single 3.7V 18500. :)
