Selling my Krypton and LPM

The lpm and laser and accessories is pending for sale currently

Omg this is bs, he's selling the laser to someone else now ?

if this "new bidder" backs out then if i were smeerworst and cilegray i would not buy anything anymore from justdopey! kinda shady business not where i would put my 700$ for sure! Truly he is sorry but the whole experience based on comments here i find kinda dodgy.. You just never know where you at :thinking:

I'm sorry but wether it's your first time or your 100th time selling something. It doesn't take a genius to know that when you tell someone you're selling a unit to them, you don't back out for bullshit reasons such as this one. Either you wait to sell and keep your 'potential buyers' aware... Once you say it's sold, you don't go back on your word.

Let me see if I got this right...
You are selling some items and want offers...
You accepted some Offers...
You reneged on those offers because of your your own Greed.

Here's my take on this...

1) You are not dealing with complete strangers but members of
this Forum Community.

2) You did not say that this was an auction where the item will
go to the HIGHEST BIDDER..

3) When you confirmed and accepted the 1st offer you entered
into a contract to sell you items for the price offered to the person
that made the offer.

4) Both the seller and buyer would need to agree to cancel that
contract.

I can only see bad things happening to the seller's reputation...:undecided:

In hindsight that would have been better to inform you, but I was looking for the highest bidder, and as Jerry said i did not state that. My apologies. I deserve the negative rep.

I accept it and deserve it, I am sorry for wasting your time. I'm no genius, but i did not fully think through this sale or with my wording regarding the other members.

It appears my word and me are not very well at this point. I will change that.


I am looking for the highest offer on either the laser or the LPM or both.

Here are my offers with the members:

Tman: $800 Offer for the whole package (and to which i thought he was offering me $910, which was my mistake and since i thought his offer was significantly higher, i went with his knowing i would break my word to others, but it appeared to be a mistake so i pissed of a lot of people for now reason... )

Cilegray: $100 plus shipping for the LPM only

Smeerworst: $700 for the krypton only

Atomicrox: $120 for LPM

If anyone is still interested in purchasing these items still...

Please contact me through by posting here(preferred if you post here since i know will be telling you if you have been outbid) or either through PM.

Right know im thinking of either taking Cilegray's offer (if interested) since Atomicrox lives in brazil and it'll be the same and because cilegray contacted me first...

As for the Krypton, I'm leaning on Dennis since he has the most reps and time here so I was expecting the transaction to go better than whats going on here...

The way it has always work on the Forum for a simple sale
as outlined in your opening Post is:-

- 1st come 1st served...
- Offer accepted item sold...
- No payment sent in a reasonable time.. item back for sale.

You have now changed the Selling Criteria to Highest bidder
AFTER the offers had already been accepted by you and now
refused...
It is up to you to do the right thing....

Can make the payment tomorrow couse paypal takes 1 to 2 day's to deposit the cash from my bank account to my paypal account.(allready told you that in pm.
I update it yesterday, so should be ready tomorrow.

Your options:

1:
I can pay you $500 now and the rest tomorrow if you would like that.
(I had it all, when i first offered, but you decided to go another route so i donated to the forum)

2:
The whole $750 tomorrow.
(still would need your paypal account for that, never got it from u)

3:
$800 will also be fine, but have to include shipping.

4:
Make someone happy with the lpm. (1st come 1st served...)
