Sounds like we have a promising vendor into the world of DIY DPSS laser systems :) Glad to have you here

I will be sure to leave plenty of good reputation if all my orders follow through correctly, and as promised.

What is the price of your 2W, and 3W C-Mount?

We still need to find a good source for 9mm 1W 808nm diodes. For use in pens.

C-mounts can be used in pens. The cni pens (nova x series etc) use a c-mount diode. They really aren't very big at all, and it's possible to remove some material from the bottom portion to make them even smaller.

Henrystal:

Do the yag + LBO crystals come with the little holders as well?

I think if you make the high power of green and blue, you can use the LBO.The low power blue can use the yag+bibo ,it is separate .

Not sure i fully understand, to have 473 nm we need :
808nm LD + lens + [yag+bibo] (in copper ring) + anything else ??

2W LD pump the yag+bibo ,can be out 70-100mw of 473nm

so how much will cost a fully operating 473 nm laser with a 2W LD ?

1-70mw green laser 532nm use YVO4+KTP price :$12.

12 $ is the price for the Yvo4 +KTP only ? what their dimension ? is it bonded or separate ?

23 $ for a 1 W pump, how much shipping will it cost to France ?
Thanks for your answer

808nm LD + lens + [yag+bibo] (separate) +mirror( output mirror,coating AR@473,HR@946)

12 $ is the price for the Yvo4 +KTP (in Dia8mm and 7.5mm copper ring),the crystal is combined together by optical-contact not bonding. All price is FOB price, I can use the DHL,Fedex,UPS to deliver .

so with a 2W pump we can expect getting 70 to 100 mw 473 nm? it's very high are you sure ?
Can You take a picture of a working unit with a closeup to different part ? It will be very welcomed ! ;)

does seem high. both the SpyderII BX and the blue RPL use 2.5W nLite diodes and output like ~40mW max. for 7O-100mW we're talking highly efficient crystals (not cheap).

BIBO is highly efficient ,but the beam quality is not better.

Thanks for your answer !

So what's the price for

2W LD+ LD's Lens + yag+ bibo + copper ring to hold them + 1 output mirror + another welcomed lens to have nice beam

with all this part we can expect having 473 nm?

do we need to cool the crystal (may it melt at 2W ?), the yag and bibo need to be closeup, or a little separate ? is their like NdYag and Ktp an orientation for bibo (yes of course) is it feasible to achieve?

why we only need one mirror, not two for the resonator cavity ?

So how much for a 2W laser diode, the couple optics, Nd: YAG, BIBO, OC, and TEC cooling?

Henrystal --

I have seen that some C-mount 808's have a "micro lens" so optics aren't needed between the LD and crystals. Do your LD's have this micro lens?
