*** SOLD *** Two 300mw 635nm Misubishi red diodes mounted in Aixiz module with a very small amount of Arctic Silver heat sink compound around the edge. Perfectly soldered using a heatsink clip with good silicone wire and heatshrink tubing to protect the pins from shorting.
No lens will be provided, but I will ship it with plastic Aixiz lenses installed to protect the diodes. These were running as a test in my RRGB laser projector for less than half an hour connected to MASSIVE heatsink (the entire 3/8" projector board) and these were putting out around 500mW at 1 Amp of current. For $100 total and shipping is included, will send the very next day! Please PM me if interested...
