I have made a batch of C6 lasers.
The diode is the M140 445nm. The heatsinks are black anodized aluminium.
The lens is 445nm 3-element glass with a standard focus ring except for the 2+ Watt version which has a G1 lens in the upgraded lensbarrel.

The driver is a buck driver set at 1.7A. It has better efficiency than a linear driver. The main regulator is heatsinked for durable working.
Each laser has a lenscap and a hand straps.

The pricing is :
1+Watt --> $100
1.3+Watt --> $120
2+Watt --> $190, this laser has a G2 lens.

Shipping World Wide is $15.
Tracking is $5 extra. You get a tracking code so that the package never gets lost.

Batteries, chargers and laser goggles are available at extra cost.

Thanks, the lasers aren't outrageous priced. I have just a bunch of standard M140 diodes left after binning them.

$100 for 1W is pretty good man

Anyway I was looking through your threads and your lasers are really awesome

The thing here is not the price man ... It is the builder and I think that you are one of the best in this forum :beer:

Yes, most of the C6 sinks are black anodized aluminium. I have red anodized aluminium too. I use the copper sinks for the 2 Watt lasers.

I have already one Z10 host coming in. What diode do you want ?

Nice lasers. I was wondering what buck converter you use in the 1.3w in the c6 host? Where can I order one? What do you figure the duty cycle to be in that heat sink?

For 405nm lasers you better buy the $4-$5 laserpens. Much cheaper than a C6 laser and they can an output of 100mW or more.

These are the buck drivers from DX. I have added a heatsink to the main regulator.

There is only one 1 Watt 405nm laser made on this forum. You have to be very lucky to have a super efficient diode like that.
No, I can't make a 1Watt 405nm laser.

Duty cycle of the 2W laser are 60sec on/off. The laser don't heated up much because I use only the high efficient M140 diode for these builds.
