Hello
I have some laser modules with drivers (and one with ac/dc supply) for sale, they were removed from rgb laser that I decided to upgrade. All in working condition. No price tags, just make your offer. No power ratings because I dont have a power meter.
B200 405nm laser module with driver, requires 12VDC power supply to run. Has fan, temperature sensing and the driver can power another laser too - it has second output (with fan only). When I tested the diode only, it peaked at 300mA, it was much brighter than when laser works with original driver.
Generic 50mw 532 laser (can attach the driver, currently I wasnt able to find it), peaks at ~500mW pump current (driver supplies about 300mW), at this current it's brighter than 60mW aixiz from another lightshow unit.
Red 650nm unit with fan cooling and driver, LPC 815 diode inside. I think it's enough info
100mW 532 lab unit with TEC, fan and nice housed driver with thick cable (looks quite professional), I think it's overspec because 532 50mW is nothing when compared to this, also pump diode current is 0,9-1A - IMO this is WAY too much for just 100 mW of green.
ALSO for sale: Alden connector, 632nm mirrors from BIG HeNe tube with screws for adjustment
Photos attached below. All drivers are TTL modulated
