Hey

Not sure if anybody noticed, but the Mk II was on Popular Science Magazine / July 2011...so I decided to go for an Mk III. Cooler, slimmer, better :)

Here is a video of the new glove-design:

Price for a glove-HOST including push-button-switch, optics, battery-holder
WITHOUT laser-diode, LEDs, driver, batteries is 195,- to 375 $ DEPENDING ON VERSION !

300,- to 500,- $ for a full assembled glove DEPENDING ON VERSION !

Glad you like it. The inner ring is bigger, so you can lase longer without heating up the diode too much. The housing is looking more stealthy...just tired of the chrome-blue you know. Wasnt sure about the new design...

Will start at 1$.....of course :)

Well darn...can't beat $1
First bid.....$2
Admin...please lock thread:na:
Just fun there...your work is worth much more!
I'll start your auction out at $100 if I may

Wanna keep the ebay-fee low ^^

If only all the people who wanted one place a bid or two, I am pretty sure price will go up pretty quick.

I think you will do well either way with these builds.
Good luck on both the forum and Ebay:D

I started with the new glove, because several members of LPF were so amazed...they told me they would buy one...but it takes hours to make one, so I cant start a mass-fabrication.

If anybody has the money laying around, mail me.

I will make some more of those. Any member who want one will be able to purchase one. Any size, any color. Mail an offer if youre interested.

borgqueenx: Nope...shipping would be too high and the boots wont include any laser...so.... ;-)

Oh btw: Do you guys think the LEDs are necessarry?

I'd say that the LED's add a real extra touch to it....may be a little stark without them.

Agreed.
So I guess this IS the final design.

What do you think about the paintjob? Check out the first one...has some real cool blue paint on it...the stealthy look fits it good, but the blue and the almost-black anthrazit was nice too.

I think the one in the video above looks pretty tight....the matte black gives it an almost manufactured look. I don't know how hard it is for you to make other colors....but if you are going to offer a few of these perhaps you could show the other colors in some photos.
Do you have any photos of your build in progress?

I posted a pic or 2 of the unpainted brass-base on my last video.

The thread is posted on the 445nm forum. Actually all of my projects seem to look like manufactured in line :) at least some people dare saying so.
