hey AnselmoFanZero sorry i haven't been on here in awhile been dealing with both grandma's being in the hospital. I just wanted to say to everyone that I was the person AnselmoFanZero made a glove for and it came out beautiful. He is very talented and put a lot of work into it. The wires are hidden very nicely and the metal used is great quality and also bendable to fit different thickness of most people's hands. The way the battery pack goes is makes it easy to be handled safely, the paint job is great there really is no complaints i have with the glove. If you have the money to buy one or want something made he is the guy to go to. it takes a lot of time to make these so the price is vary fair.

I live in the U.S. so you don't have to worry about customs but customs wasn't a problem. The price he is selling these for is more than fair and the build and shipping came pretty quick. So i can vouch for him being i think i have the only one he has sold and i hope that he sells more or comes up with some more Ideas.

good job bro. I've been getting back at it too. put 25lbs back on so at 170lbs now body fat is about 10% so come summer time a quick cut will be pretty easy and I should look better then ever trying to stay at 170 but get down to 8%. last year i was 165 7% so a few more pounds of muscle will help with getting a few more photo shoots too. Did 3 last year hoping to do 6 or 7 this summer. If you need any advice definitely hit me up been getting into smoothies to get my fruits in and damn are they good, and cheap to make.

picked up a couple clients to train, I think I told you i had trained a few people before and they had great results. It feels good helping people reach there goals and maintain them too once there sessions with me are over. go to Fitday.com and log what you are eating if you need more help definitely email me I'll give you a couple recipes i know and a few exercises i made up that really hit the body parts too. I'll shoot you an email next week sometime and we'll catch up on a few things.
