It is better to buy the batteries separate to minimize the risk.
Better PM me when you are ready. I don't have much 501B lasers in stock. Just a few left.

Hoping I don't run into issues getting mine. I didn't find out about the risk with batteries till after I ordered. I'll have patience though, and hope.

I see you make nice lasers. I was earlier planning a 1W laser from oxlasers for about 114$ shipped. But your lasers look way better, and when you say 1W, its actually 1W and not 700mW

However, I think I am not ready for 1W stuff. Do you make smaller burning lasers like a 200mW Red laser?
Is it possible to get 450-445nm blue laser in <500mW? Do you make them? Whats the cost?

If you can point me to some threads about lower power red/blue lasers made by you, it will be great!

Blord isn't a dodgy Chinese seller. When he says his lasers are for example 1000mW they would be actually closer to 1200 if not higher.. Have a look through the buy sell trade for people that make lasers and try to find one close to you.. Then send them a pm.

I can make the lasers at any power you want. 500mW 450nm or less and 200mW 660nm red is no problem. The output is always on spec or a little higher to rule out the minor deviation of the LPM. Every laser I sell has a 1 minute LPM readout.

A 660nm laser in a red 501B host looks very good ! :)

Another happy customer, thanks Blord. Everything was as expected. I was a little worried when it sat at customs for a few days but it came immediately after. Had a fly buzzing around my house, and it was pissing me off so I got him from about 10 feet away with this beast of a laser. it's like a virtual flyswatter haha.

I don't wanna waste another spot so I'll ask here. Anybody know of a good carrying case for this host?

That 660nm in the red host.....how much and what is the output?! i want it!

BTW my 1.5W 445nm bought in Feb is still kicking like brand new.....Blord is an amazing builder!

The LPC826 diode is $30 cheaper than the M140 diode so I sell the red laser for $80. :p
I cannot use the buck driver in this red laser because of the case negative LPC826 diode.
So a Mohgasm linear driver is used for this build. The red AR 3-element glass lens is included ( with the blue hue ).

output around 200mW or what we looking at? Moh's linear still works with 2x 16340 or 1x 18650. what do you suggest on this build?

The laser need two 16340 or 18350 cells like the blue lasers.
I will set the driver at ~450mA for an output of ~250mW. The exact figures depends per diode of course.

A n00b question. Is it possible to supply lower voltage to a 1W laser (450nm) so that output power is of the range of 300-400mW.
I am now sitting on a fence I am afraid to jump from
130$ shipped for the 1W is amazing, but I am scared of accidentally switching it on(that key thing is actually nice)
I am going through the "muuuuusssst ressssssiiiiist" phase.

I can ship the laser and batteries to Germany. The total price will be $150 with batteries/charger and tracked shipping. Do you have a safety goggle ?
You doesn't sound like 18 years or above.

The laser has only one output. There is no half power switch. The output is still in the dangerous zone.
Same question: Do you have a safety goggle ?
