Do you know that the 445nm M140 laser gives a bar shaped dot ? It is never perfectly round.

But when i change the lens then it is round. So it depends of the lens how the dot looks ? Becose it looks better the left one.

The g2 lens gives max output power, but worse dot. If you use a different type, it can clean up the beam, but it reduces output power.

Aha! It was some sort of connection problem, after taking it apart and assembling it the fifth time it has worked, thanks blord.

I understand the "problem". You have two different 3-element glass lens. Both lasers you bought from me have different lenses. I didn't even know that. I bought the lenses in batches and put them in the same bag.

You don't have a G lens for your 1 Watt laser. Could it be that one of the lens is putting back in reverse ?

You don't have to worry about the output of the laser because I gave you the LPM chart of both lasers.

I think the optics are facing the wrong way in your video...

Question, could this be ran on a single 18650? Not sure if its been asked or tested. I have several of those and not the cr123 style.

The laser uses a buck driver and needs two 3.7V to operate.
