No scratches. It's only a month or so old. It's in like new condition.

I'm thinking eBay removed it as it was an "illegal" item that is against the law? - American law that is. Federal something law.

They did it to another member that posted his on eBay too.

Yeah, eBay pulls a lot of the pen IIIb lasers. In the future make sure to list it as OEM or industrial and such and make sure its there in the title, bold in the auction, etc. so eBay gets the message. On that technicality they normally let you off.

but no extra lasers to sell atm to test the theory

The foreign thing may be it. Also, its not like eBay pulls everything. They don't look at every auction that pops up on their site, and they're also far less likely to be hard on powersellers and people who make them a good amount of money too.

BTW, just in case anyone was considering purchasing, every one of the auctions in that link was a scam in some way or form.

yup, exactly what pseudo said, the ones that kinda look likt the leadlights have like no ir filter at all. I unfortunately bought one about 6 months back, back when I was new to the whole laser thing. Every time I use it, my eyes hurt and it gets kinda hard to see. SO I no longer use it. ( I do cherish my eyesight) :p although it did kick a small bit of ass. lit matches up to about 3-4ft unaided. and the other ones are the CNI's and they only go up to 125mw +or- about 10-15mw's. I don't know where this guy is getting 200 from
