This beauty features a massive 15Oz Aluminum Heatsink. At that weight, your 2W+ build should easily be able to go 10 minutes+ without problems. Kit comes with 2 focus knobs that fit around the front of the heatsink, hiding the set screw. Inside is also a nice beefy aluminum pill to give you driver some good heatsinking as well!

So, build your own Light Sabre with this beauty. It'll easily support your 2.5W+ builds, and give them a nice long duty cycle.

Sale does not include copper module or glass lens. Glass lens can be included for $5.

This is the largest kits I've built to date, and most likely, currently the largest handheld laser heatsink out there.

Price: $100 + shipping

Kit includes:
Host
Heatsink
2 Focus Knobs

Re: Auction: Massive Custom Mace of Doom 2.0 w/ Focus Knob 2x18650 15Oz DIY Light Sab

Man, I could smash some heads with this thing...

If you haven't started on my build yet, I might have to reconsider my order altogether, for this monster.

Yes you could. Although I in no way reccomend such usage. ;)

I have not started your build yet. I can though build one to the same size and completely chamfer the front and have a focus knob that continues that chamfer, and hides the set screw. Your call. I already have another 5.5" chunk of 2.25" aluminum cut off and ready to be turned down into another beauty. ;)

Added a bonus second focus knob. This one is a bit beefier for easier adjustment, and offers a choice of two different styles.

Too bad all the extra aluminum isn't black anodized. It would look really "polished" then.

Holy shit that is one motherfucker of a host, jesus! Good luck with sales!

PS: I dont think anodizing it would be very hard, take the thing to a local shop or send it to a user on here :)

Thanks!

And yes, you could easily get this anodized. I personally prefer the bare aluminum myself, so I'm not going to anodize it myself, unless of course the buyer wants in anodized. In that case I can see if I can find someone to do it.

Would you be able to build a 445nm into that? What would you take then?

Price Drop! $100! There is an option available to have a m140 with a g2 lens and driver built into the laser for an additional $150+shipping, as I will not be installing the diode, but another member.

Mine just came into the mail today. I must say, going by the weight, feel, and looks, "mace of doom" is a most fitting title. When i can afford that diode, ill be sure to post the build in the reviews or something. This is really great work man. Thanks.

Then I come here and see, in your avatar, that you've made something that completely blows this one away! :eg: hehe

Glad you like it!

This beauty has just been sold!

2 custom Mace of Doom 2.0's are still available for customization though! Don't be left out!
