There's still the red diode and all the optics.

Well, the LG CH10sl20 is labeled as a 10x BR drive. Before I killed the diode.... it was putting out much less than my 8x was at the same current.

I know someone was looking for red diodes from BR drives.

In case anyone else stumbles onto this. The CH10 is a bluray READER. The BH10 is the writer/burner
