It's an auction between sellers, whoever offers for the lowest price receives his money. You know how there are always "buyer wars" on eBay, well this is a seller war. If someone wants his money enough, they'll make him an offer lower than the current one.

Well its not a hard build with a open can diode and large heatsink you can get that power, but you need someone who is good at electronics to make the TTL modulation circuit, I would do it but I dont have the expertise nor the parts ( Eg transistors and not gates. )
