It is claimed at 3.7 Watts but my trade-in unit in
the shop started smoking at 1.9 Watts using the
same test procedures we use with our LPM products.

It will do 3.7W but you need to expand the beam
size to near 15mm diameter.

It would be a good idea to see a clear focused pic
of the Sensor's active area...

I have one of these and it has never smoked when reading laser over three watts and focused to a spot no more than 3mm in diameter. I have even focused a 405nm beam on it with a spot not larger than 0.5mm without any harmful effects to the coating on the sensor. The data logging is top notch and easily loaded to any computer using most formats.

paul is right with regards to the durability of the sensor. it holds up way better than my old laserbee. i never put a focused beam on a sensor, day one stuff lol.
3.7 watts is the max it can read and the data logging is easy/nice.

The price you are asking is the same price
it sold for Brand New when they were for
sale 4 years ago...

Some clearly focused close up pics of the
sensor's active area would be helpful....

Good luck with your sale...:yh:
