hey guys, today I received the optics from DTR,

I only needed the dichros actually :D
I wanted to try out combining some beams to get pretty colors

lucky me I got a green, a red and a blue laser up my sleeve so I gutted the optics assembly
broke a wall off the assembly for the blue coming from the back
switched the dicros positions (cleaned them first :D) and after some hours of headaches
and swears I could manage to get an yellow beam out of my 30mW (maybe more) green and 250 (also maybe more red)

phew.... :D

I also tried red and blue (i used a low power for the blue (neither I know how much current nor how much mW)
I just used my ~1.5W Blue but instead of 3 batteries, I ran it with one so I can get a lower power) :)
and I got a pretty magenta color (i think) :D

I wanted to go for white but with this kind of setup this was going to be impossible...
first I need to make a good setup with just the laser modules and whole lot of stuff
but this is going to happen some time in the future...

but anyway I pretty much enjoyed the experience of combining lasers and recommend it to everyone who
hasn't tried it yet!

pleasure doing business with DTR as always

don't know if the camera picked up the right colors but pretty much yes :)

wow! i didn't know you still had these. i'll take another please. great value for all you get!

jordan, you are the quickest shipper i've ever delt with. thanks!
is there a diagram or something out there that shows just how the 3 colors of light pass thru this thing and out to the screen? i've been shining low powered reds and greens thru it and i'm still not sure just what is going on. i need to build a low power blue for this type of work too i guess.
