I was thinking the same thing actually! If there enough takers for the copper C11's you should put out a feeler mike. Could you use the same size copper rod for both the mace of doom and the C11's?
Also the C3 GB are you just going to sell them like you did with these?

...No. I would be open to making copper hosts if I had a much nicer lathe though.
This is possible, although much more expensive. It'd be about an extra $50 for a Copper Mace of Doom (Not extended heatsink). And I would need minimum 10 people interested.

The C11's I did because I saw there was a bit of interest plus I really like the C11's so I don't have a problem stocking them. The C3's I would need more interest before pulling the trigger, more people saying they definitely want one, and if I do it this way, they will cost more, if it is a GB they will cheaper, although the difference is only a few dollars.
The Mace of Doom would require 2.25 copper bar, I really only need 2.050 though... The C11 requires me to get 1.75. And I am also using C145 to get better finishes as C110 is much harder to work with and get good surface finishes.

Yeah you really can't go wrong with stocking the C11's and the copper option IMHO is a really good idea.
It was wishful thinking that you could use the same rod lol too good to be true

I'll only be home for a week between the 15th and 21st. Then I come back for summer term. I don't have summers off.
And we are looking at getting a much nice lathe right now. Something we can do some real work with hopefully.

Copper heatsink aluminum smooth flow? I'm pretty sure they do fit 2x18350s, but I don't quite remember. ETA is going to be probably around a month. That's till the C11's get here and I get enough people interested in copper and then copper gets here plus machining.
