I'm looking for what it'd cost to get an LMP at around 0-1000mw, or 0-2000mw, or something like that. 1W max should be fine, I just want an LPM but not one of the 5W max....I just don't need the extra 4W's....Anyway, I just need a price or find out what I can trade for one. I have NUMEROUS red/IR diodes (the diodes with 4-Pins) as well as optics from the PHR's AND I have some completely empty PHR's (all optics and diodes removed) all sorts of stuff I could trade w/ or w/o some money with them. Thanks for all yall's help! =]

You can get a Laserbee (check the ad below this message) for about $150, or buy one of Kenom's Kenometers ($300 or something). Both are very nice and about as low a price as you can get for such meters.

Your not really going to save a lot of money by limiting your peak power reading capability. Laserbee I vs II isn't that huge of a price difference.

The Kenometer USB and Pro are $250 or $400 and are just as capable of reading 1mw as it is 5W
