In the US, $10.95 for 1-2 $14.95 for 3-4. And yes, the red LED is still in there.

As of right now, no I don't have any left. If someone would be willing to sell them I would make a batch of 100 or so and work out a consignment deal if someone were interested...

Yes, they will come with the cases and other accessories. I might not have the AAA batteries anymore, I used some of those.
