I've shipped hundreds of packages to the USA from Canada and Expedited Parcel is the best
way to go for something that costs over $50.00...
But for any package that goes to the USA... you can wait at least 14 days for it to get there...
I don't care what Canada Post says on their website.. (those are their best ever times..IMO)
those times I state are from experience... If you get it sooner... then it's a bonus...

Don't forget... once we hand it over to Canada Post... they need to play with it before it gets to
the USA Customs... where it gets handed around a few times and then it goes to the USPS Postal
gorillas... then and only then you get it...

I sent it with 7-10 business day expedited.. If I sent it any faster, there would be a better chance of you getting an empty box I also packed the battery and laser in seperate bags just in case they do open the box. But if it passed customs already, your good to go ;D

Be sure and let me know when you get it, and if you have any questions.. If im not on the forum, you can get a hold of me with the same email addy that payment was sent to.

Who's at home at 9:23 on a Tuesday? :-?

My parents aren't here so now one to drive me to the post office,.....Sigh....Guess I'll have it tomorrow. :-/

Yeah my USPS didn't update. At one time it was awaiting departure from Canada, the next a surprising "You have missed your delivery message".

Maybe its faster to ship to northern virginia ;D

USPS is what I use just for the lack of customs scruteny..

Though there is much to be desired in the update system, Canada post is just as bad. If I send with anyone else I have to worry about the package being opened etc.

A crappy update system is sure better than an empty box with a letter wouldnt you say?? :

Mine made it to campus today, woot! If everything goes to pattern, it gets to my office the day after it gets to campus, so it should be in my hands tomorrow!

Sorry haven't posted yet. I got mine Tuesday, a few days back and of course that was the same day I find out my girlfriend (ex now) cheated on me.  

I did test it now and the 330mW violet's power is beyond what I expected and even impressive is the size of the host. Amazingly small. With it's output it easily goes straight through several stacks of plastic cups at distances of a about 5 feet. Don't like that page of a newspaper, just fry it.  

Beyond that the package job you did is the best I've ever seen. I mean better then almost any retail store! Thanks, for the extras too the caps are nice. I'm extremely pleased by this buy. When my camera charges up I'll include some pics. [smiley=thumbsup.gif]. Added a well deserved rep point as well.

Got my laser yesterday, couldn't post as i was talking to a girl on the phone ;D (apparently there are things more important to me then lasers)

Anyways, the packaging was what just blew me away from the start. In my honest opinion this was packaged much better then any other company I've ordered from (sturdy box, peanuts, bubble wrap, and some more bubble wrap).

The charger and adapter were both sealed in their original plastic packaging.....well the adapter seems to be defective as it does not turn the LED on in the charger when it is plugged in. Not really Wannaburn's fault as this is just a product of spotty Chinese QC, this is definitely not my first time that it bit me in the ass.

Not to worry luckily i have a box load of stupid transformers that I keep for a rainy day. After a few minutes of relentless searching and untangling i found one that fits the charger, and all is well.

The laser it self was very well built, and had Dilda like burning power(Dilda with 3.0V batteries).

Overall very satisfied with my purchase, thanks Wannaburn.

Note to Wannaburn: I don't need a replacement transformer, theres no reason to bother you over something silly like that, especially when i have working one.

Great to hear they got to their destinations in one piece Dont forget the goggles, escpecially the 330mW That thing is vicious. You mentioned the newspaper thing, the funny part is, I had hit a piece of paper with red ink on my pinup board on the wall, that laser actually started an ember and almost caught fire .. INSTANTLY

@ TeLight, my appologies on the transformer.. That would be the second one iVe had that has done that

Im not sure how it got passed me, as I test everything to ensure that they work, and work well before I ship.. If you cannot find a suitable adapter, I will gladly send you another. I keep stock on the batteries and chargers, so it wont be any hassle on my side.


Sounds like you guys expected bubble mailers or something... :-? Even with my ebay sales I send everything in boxes, no matter how small.  I bought 400 bubble mailers a month ago, and still have not used 1 ;D

Will the Aperture cap twist off so I can clean the lens? I have OCD and the dot has some speckles around it. :

If the speckle happened right off the bat, keep it in a dry place for a bit, it could have picked up some moisture while in shipping. The cap on the leadlights are pressed in...

Also try blowing it out first if the dry air doesnt help. It was speckle free when I sent it, so its most likely nothing.


BTW, with fresh batteries, its closer to 100mW

I already tried blowing air using one of those squeeze bulb things, didn't seem to help much. But it's alright. The speckles are only noticeable at night, and when you separate the dot from the area around it.
