All anodizing services will be priced on a case by case basis for now until I am able to create a standard cost.
Basic Pricing*
-$20 for 1 Batch, 1 solid color (1 Batch fits about 10 1" Focus Knobs, 10 C6 Heatsinks, 2 Small Hosts, or 1 Large Host.
-$5 to strip and clean a basic part (Knob or Heatsink) (Not required if raw parts)
-$2.50 to add a polished finish to a basic part (knob or heatsink)
-$25 to disassemble and strip a host (Required if Host has anodization/some sort of coating)
-$15 to add a polished finish to a host
*Prices are base prices. Certain parts or host may be subject to additional charges based upon complexity.
Current Colors:
Black
Navy Blue
Lemon Yellow
Scarlet Red
Sunshine Orange
Aquamarine
Purple
Dark Green
Dark Brown
Clear (Natural)
Here are some pictures of some parts done so far:
In these first two pictures, all of the mounting blocks as well as the flashlight and laser parts were anodized.
This shows an example of a polished part being anodized; It offers a glossier finish:
This knob was polished before being anodized, and has a very thick and hard layer on it. Certainly a gorgeous knob that will stand up to quite a beating.
