well It has 2 filters in the head and I put a IR block in from and it made no difference.

My lasever also has IR filter and at first i though It was IR buy I have Have done more testing and found out it has No IR either. (if it does its leaking a wavelength above 1350 nm

OK here is an update I have 5 now in stock.
I have a coherent lasercheck and using that have tuned the heads all to above 5mW some as high as 10 with peaks of 20mW.
I bought a Kenometer pro to get some power-graphs of them but I have a problem. The lasercheck and Kenometer to not agree on there power.

When the lasercheck says 3mW the kenometer says 21

It also says my lasever 10 mW is 75 mW (Yes I'm zeroing the meter before hitting it with the laser. ) :gun:

I am wondering, is that sustained output that you measured? As many will a test, many meters swing higher than actual output when first hit...? -GH

Bad news Kevin at junktronix checked the laser check and it is reading correctly.
which is real puzzling because these lasers are brighter by eye than my 10mW 473nm lasever.

i guess its not all that bad 7mW of 488nm is still pretty sweet.

The short answer is yes :(

EDIT laser head 3 only $150

Bump

Update turns out the kenometer is probably right as I have confirmation that the Lasercheck Is reading low.

I'm still debating this... I'm just not so sure I can do the alignment if I get the parts...

i Dont think alignment will be needed only tec tuning.
I hate to say this but Laser 4 has a loose tec so it may be able to be popped off and used in a handheld.
