Hi :)

First of all you must be over 18 and know saftey precautions when using high power lasers.

Now about the actual laser. I have took a normal C6 and I have de-andonized it.
Then I have started to polish it but I thought that brushing it will be better looking so... I brushed it hh :)

Also this is an unmarked C6 ! I have erased the cree and the aurora marks !

This laser uses a M140 diode from DTR, a buck driver set to 1.3 amps and a 3 elements glass lens.
DTR has test this diode before delivery in his own LPM at 1.8 amps and the output was around 1.6W.
Because diodes output is not linear I assume that at 1.3 amps this diode output will be between 1.2W - 1.3W.

Options :

Laser Only + dust cap - xxx$ Worldwide shipping included !

Laser kit - includes : Batteries, charger, dust cap and holster - xxx$ Worldwide shipping included.

In my opinion xxx$ for a brushed and unmarked c6 which produce 1.3W+- is a reasonable price.

n my opinion 150$ for a brushed and unmarked c6 which produce 1.3W+- is a reasonable price.

So... Can you guarantee it's gonna do more than 1.3 Watts? It's better to state the power as 1.2 W than 1.3 W. You might run into issues if the buyer decides they were sold an underspec laser. :whistle:

I understand what you say but 1.3w at 1.3 amps is normal for M140. DTR always test them at 1.3 amps for me but
This time I asked for 1.8 amps.

I can guarantee 1.25w + to the buyer.

1.2 W to 1.3 W wouldn't make a difference to ME anyway. However, due to recent drama here about Paypal you and the rest sellers need to be more careful.. You can't imagine what kind of excuses a buyer might use to win a case... Just a heads up. Then again I might be TOO worried :beer:

It happend to me once before ... I sold something
And the buyer claimed without any reason.

But I do know how to cheat the system in this

You may want to try selling this as a 1+ watt laser instead of 1.3 since you dont have the ability to test it.

It is very possible that it is outputting 1.3, but since you do not have a working lpm noone is going to trust it and will not buy the laser on principle, wether it truly is 1.3 watt or not.

I would sell this as a 1 watt laser at 1.3 mA and try a price of 100-110$, just my thoughts anyway. Good luck with your sale!
