Update: I am no longer a distributor for Lasever. Here is the explanation:

These modules come with driver, IR filter, and lens. (lens is loose and must be mounted)

Dimensions:

Module - 26mm diameter X 53.5mm from brass to the IR filter

Driver - 25.5mm diameter X 13.5mm (there is a switch on the driver - it is not a momentary switch. So instead of by-passing it, you can just turn it on, and it does not stick out past the edge of the board if you just remove the blue cap)

That was a spectacular deal they gave you on that hand held 473 laser...

They do not offer that any longer from what they told me.

But they are instead selling their lab setups, and the PL series bare modules that I am offering here.

Per what they told me, the PL series modules are different than the modules that they sell with their lab units.

These modules are supposed to be suitable for hand held units with no TEC... :cool:

Yes, for anyone who still like laser handheld of LASEVER,
you can try to work with Jay.

He is our distributor in USA for the PL modules
We just try to help you guys to save lots of shipping costs from China to USA.
Also it saves time to ship from local places than from China to USA.

Good question...

It is not a momentary switch. So instead of by-passing it, you can just turn it on! :) (adding this information to the first post)

Thought so same as the 473 module i got.

The switch sticks out a bit probably a good idea to remove when installing into a host i think, a piece of wire should do the trick, just don't know how hectic the switch is.

Is the contact board 17mm? From memory i think its 20 odd mm?

On these, the switch button does not stick out when it is in the 'on' position if you just remove the blue cap...

So it's easy to just leave the switch on the board, and put it in the on position.

The board O.D., is 25.5mm.

These are nice modules. Kind of surprised that somebody hasn't jumped on one of these yet!

I'm interested in the 700mW 532nm module, I'll be buying a lathe in the next couple months, so I'll be able to make my own host :cool:

Just got some questions
What's the beam size/divergence on the higher power 532nm modules?
Transverse mode?
Do these have the start up delay?
What does it draw?

Last I checked with CNI the 500mW 532s were closer to $$$$!

These two green modules that I have on hand are both the same. Both putting out 700mW's with my initial 15 second test...

Data sheet and specs linked in the first post. :)

My pricing is based on payment per U.S. postal money order.

If per PayPal, there will be an extra fee because they charge fees, etc...

The battery current draw is a tad different for the different modules...

These two 500mW green modules draw about 2.4 Amps steady.

For the other questions answered, click on the download link for the data sheets to these modules for the specs... (linked in the first post)

They are in a Word doc file.

I never put too much validity into Chinese spec sheets. I was hoping, because you had these on hand, that you could give me the actual specs of the units you have for sale.

Hmmm...

Well keep in mind that the collimating lens is separate.

I am waiting on a 26650 host that I plan on using for a personal build, so maybe once I set that up, I could possibly test further with the other modules I suppose.

But so far I only did a 15 second (or so) test to measure power...
