Since my threads are all long buried - I thought I'd just start a new one.
I have no excuse - I have totally bummed out on the communication front. At the very least - I'm making this post now.

All of you whom I still owe money are soon to be relieved. I'm now getting paid a decent amount from my work, (thanks to having finished my 6 months of crap wages as a trainee) and it is now only a matter of 3-5 weeks until EVERYTHING is paid off. A few payments will be going into my paypal within the next 2 weeks, and anyone who has disputed a payment with me will be automatically refunded.

After my paypal is returned to zero, I will ask anyone else who has not disputed me to come forwards with a Paypal unique transaction number.

I would also ask that anyone who I have already refunded and who gets another refund automatically please return it. Even if it's only a few dollars, that could be someone else's refund, and though you may feel you deserve it - and you probably do - I simply cannot afford it.

Once everybody is paid off - I will probably start producing lasers again, with some new policies and protections in place, to help re-establish my reputation. (Such as using a middleman / pay when you get it, and that I build _before_ I sell)

I plan to specialise in lasers for Aussies; I am possibly one of the best builders in the country, and given that I'm in here too it seems only fair to help my fellows get their coherent photon fix.
I also plan a service to help Aussies get commercial lasers into the country - legally. More later :)

Yours faithfully - BlueFusion.
And I mean that. I could have been long gone if I wanted to scam anybody - I'm still sticking through it, attempting to put right my wrongs. On that note - I'd be very grateful if there could be no flames please.

Not a flame, just a comment.... IF things work out well, then congrats - however, if this is just more bunk aimed at getting people off of your back as I have seen in the past, then there are a few other words I would have to say to you. I'll be emailing you the edited list of those that bought the Fusion drives from you, that I have now finished shipping off to folks - that list has all the people highlighted that have had their stuff sent to them, and other areas on that list are blank - the blank ones are those that were simply too lazy to reply to my emails asking for $2.00 to cover postage fees, or simply thought they were above that type of requirement, or they are decided on the fact that they lost their initial investment, etc....no matter to me, I have some fusion drives left over, and they will be sold to make up the funds that were spent in trying to get everyone's stuff sent out to them. If you choose to follow through with your promises of payment to cover postage fees on my behalf, as well as reimbursement for my time as you had previously stated - I am open to that, and would then send you the unsold units at that time. Don't think for a second that I can't or won't mark them way the hell down to simply dump them off my inventory list just to recoup the money I came out of pocket with to get the deal done with, because I have no incentive to do anything different.

With all that having been said, I DO wish you good luck, and better fortunes - don't expect anyone to easily forget the drama and fiascos you created - hopefully you can follow through with your good intentions, and make them hold up this time.

Well thats good news, hopefully you can get your reputation back, GOOD LUCK !

I'm happy to act as middleman :)

Can't wait until I can start building lasers, I'm gonna be your competition ;)

How are you planning on getting commercial lasers in to the country legally? I tried getting a permit, but the police didn't seem to like the idea of giving one to a laser hobbyist at all. The only legal way I can see of getting commercial lasers in to the company is dismantling them and sending them as parts.

Good to hear bluefusion [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

Just remember it is a lot harder to gain trust once you've already lost it. But Australia definately needs a good builder to satisfy the closed of market. Hope you get all bad relations/disputes fixed up asap though, and start providing the land down under with high-quality DIY lasers!

Start paying off the people who have been waiting the longest. I'm not saying anything else until you actually come through on your promises. You've made enough false promises for me to be unsure of you.

let's not get ahead of ourselves now...

He's probably right, there ain't many builders in Oz, we don't have that many people to begin with.

I'm sure there are many people you never even hear about that are building crazy custom solid state lasers, as well as gas lasers completely from scratch etc etc. I'd definitely say he's one of, if not the best aussie builder on this forum, but there are physicists and engineers out there building some crazy stuff that none of us could ever dream of.

I mean jayrob or kenom or daguin are great DIY'ers in the USA, but there's no way that one of them would even dare to say "I'm the best builder in America". While their diode lasers are pretty awesome, when it comes down to building there are people out there that we have never heard of that are building some amazing things.

Okay, rephrase. "BlueFusion is probably one of the best hobby-level diode laser builders in Australia."

Someone on this for from AU should start building DPSS greens, from what i've read on this forum it doesnt seem all that hard aslong as you have the correct tools.

Much easier is just importing modules and cases and what not and just putting the parts together for the greens, rather than scratch building them.

If you are truthful in this, good on you.

If you are not, well... Lets not go there.

If you do turn out to be reputable, I may buy a laser off of you. If worst comes to worst, people have your address and I'll come to your house and politely ask for a working laser/money back.

Ive always wanted to go to Melbourne, and I wouldnt mind another trip to Sydney. They seem like the places with the highest chance you'll be in.

Excuse my rambling, I just woke up from a migraine.

That's your secret plan? Importing the parts then building the lasers from there?

That's SO boring, I'd even already considered that.

I thought more you were going to secretly smuggle them in to the country carefully hidden inside illegal shipments of drugs. Now THAT would be pro [smiley=thumbsup.gif]
