No, it is the 1.62A version. The formula is 1.25/R=I. With 3R3 and 1R0 you get a current of 1.62A

The 1.8A ones have 2R2 instead of 3R3

Oh ok. Yeah I noticed that one had 2r2, where the other had 3r3 I just wasn't sure which was which. I have pdf's for nearly every driver but this one so I wasn't sure. Looks like my build is more powerful than I thought..

Type of driver? Input voltage range? I'm interested.

If you need some simple cylindrical aluminum heatsinks, I can cut some out on the lathe for ya.

Its a basic linear driver, input voltage need to be diode voltage + ~2.5v
generaly you need 2 lithium-ion batts.

Ahh ok, yeah I am looking for a 1 cell driver that can bump up the voltage and current limit as well.

Let me know if you need any simple cylindrical heat sinks cut out for your drivers. I've got some small diameter 6061 aluminum round stock and a lathe.

1.8A preferrably. It's going to be extremely short pulses (<1 sec) from a 445 nm m140 diode. If you think it can handle 2A, I'd do that too. It's been a while since I have seen what they can handle on short duty cycles.

Wearing laser goggles and popping a few balloons indoors from a short range, for nostalgia. It'll be pretty controlled with nobody at risk, as usual.
