no, sorry. They are all gone. (well, all except one power station, but it doesn't have a stand or wand...)

Thanks for the interest, though! :)

wow, you're just a bundle of joy, aren't you?

as a matter of fact, they are (or rather were) not the ones you were referring to and could pass as new. Even if they were beat up, they would still outperfom a weller or similar any day of the week.

Well... Don't want to rain on your parade... but you brought up Weller.... :-?

I've used an array of different Irons and soldering stations in the over 20 years
I've been in business.... and have yet to find a better product than a Weller...

You can pick up a New Weller station for about the price of what you were selling
the used Metcals for..

(granted.. I have not yet tried a Metcal... but then why would I need to....  )

BTW... what is your experience working with the Weller products... ::)

Thanks Jerry, well put. This guy thinks the whole soldering station world revolves around Metcal. I also have used Weller irons & guns in the past with GREAT results!!!  You're also correct about the cost issue. BTW, how's your new toy ? I just LOVE mine, &  use that LASERBEE I every chance I get ;) rob PS, BTW, I DID say "IF" or don't you read complete sentences ?

Are you accusing me of being illiterate? I read every word you wrote and I find this to be insulting.

As for Weller soldering tools, I have used them extensively in the past, and I have found that I prefer my Metcal, higher cost and all. I think that we will have to leave our opinions as they are, at least until you have a chance to try a Metcal. I find uninformed opinions to be the most infuriating, to say the least.

At any rate, should you care to continue to discuss the differences between Weller and Metcal, I think it would be better suited in a new thread. This discussion has become rather off-topic.
