i like the idea of the void stickers
but can you do them in a way where they dont stand out as much?
such as see through sticker or something with black text
because right now its kinda ruining the looks of this awesome host
just my 2 cents

I'm going to talk to my buddy and see if he's serious about wanting a 445, if so I'll get this set and keep the 405 & 660. Let you know soon.

Also I'm glad I'm not in the 5/10 that needed repairs. lol

Holy crap - 5/10!?!?! What do people do with the lasers anyway?

So far my only broken lasers can be attributed 100% to putting in battery the wrong way, or dropping.

This is a very nice set, at a fair price...

After simply requesting customers failed to work I tried also supergluing them closed, after people still forced them open despite the superglue I am forced to do this. Subtlety does not work, I actually like the holograms, they look sweet in person. And if someone really want to they can remove the sticker and the remaining void residue at their own risk.

I'll take the matching triple set.

A few questions. Will the 445nm blue also run on 2x16340 (RCR123) cells? And, will it also run on a fully charged 18650 cell, albeit at reduced output?

And lastly, how do you tell which one of these lasers is which (without installing the wrong battery combination and turning it on, of course:whistle:)?

Regardless of the answers to the above questions, the first sentence still applies.

The need for the "do not remove under penalty of law" stickers cracks me up. I fully understand, but once everything checks out, they gotta go, "sweet", or not.:)

Thanks,

Dave

Yes it will run on an 18650 but with a very lowered output and the runtime will be garbage before it shuts off. It is intended to be used with 2 CR123A batteries. As for telling which one is which I would recommend swapping the lanyards out with RBV ones. It would be cheap and easy and still look nice. I wanted to get dust caps but I can't find them in anything but orange, black, blue, green and GITD green.

Are they sold?
Also, 45 70, that's a cool name. Always wanted to buy a Uberti brand 45 70 'drop block', but never could afford one.

From my experience....

"Hey can I see your laser for a second?"
"Uh, okay but be extremely careful it is not a toy, you will instantly blind people and don't even think about shining it if there's a plane above us."
"Okay, how can I make the beam wider like you did before."
"The very small silver lense, you screw that in either direction a little bit."
*unscrewing...* *laser shuts off*
"Really? I said the small silver cap and you unscrewed the whole laser, thanks for possibly costing me 150 bucks."

TLDR; Some people are dumb.
