Hey TMART...do you back up your lasers for mW they put out ?? Is a 532nm 200mW really put out 200mW ?? Does your 1000mW 473nm really put out 1000mW ?? If not, do you give refunds or exchanges ??

I have bought a bunch of stuff from you already but was curious about returns and or refunds if the lasers DONT put out as much as you say they do.

Please respond back. Thank you.

Reviews are supossed to be done by clients, not by Tmart (owner). 95% of the laser pointers has 1 to 5 reviews, all are excellent reviews as this one:

Really thanks for your review. First, i want to say,maybe Customer's review is a bit exaggerated laser intensity, but it is also out of kindness to remind everyone . As to laser, according to the different laser intensity, it would still have more or less damage on human.Second, time problem, perhaps a coincidence, but the product is top-selling products on our website. In the industry,products on Our website are the lowest prices, the most affordable,and the most competitive.:yh:

factors. maybe manufacturers (perhaps they always state too much power, in the tags).

Hi, you never did answer my question.

Will you give refunds if the laser received isn't up to spec ??

If you have issues with your lasers being under spec, maybe you need to buy a LPM and test each laser !!!! Find out the real output, and list and sell it for what it really is. Any true business will back up their products 100%.

That´s a bit harsh for your first post member! You registered to get such an coupon code?

I´m fine when the lasers have good quality for the cash, that means nice dot, less IR in the output. We all know that these cheap chinese laseres aren´t up to spec, especially the higher powered ones (>50mW).

Maybe people need to start doing credit card chargebacks when they don't get anywhere close to the laser they've paid for.

These sites would start LPMing pretty quickly.

Most of them don´t have QC lasers, that is one of the reason why they are such cheap.
