I am looking to buy a few of them.

For the cheapest price possible, Or at a good price, I am a reseller,

I got 5 of them off ebay, BUT 2 of them started to DIE with in the first day!?!?

I am looking for a supplier that will sell these kinda lasers "5mW Military Grade Green Laser" I need to know were online i can buy them were they WONT burn out within a few days.

I had to send all 5 of them back for a refund because i don't want to sell people lasers that will just burn out.

The words "military grade" and "cheap" should never be used in the same sentence. You may look somewhere else for such things. I can recommend you some high quality lasers, but quality comes at a price as you may have already found out...
