I just wanted to point out that fact that if he got a 611nm laser( and he knew it was that wavelength before the order ) and it doesn't show orange to his eyes, then he cannot blame the seller for that.

How do YOU know for a fact it was a 611nm laser pyro got from Ben? Sure Ben said it was but can YOU prove it? When Flaminpyro got his "orange" laser and turned it on he seen red, not orange so no telling what Ben sent.

I am willing to work with buyers to solve their problems. I have no issue with that, my issue is when you cannot communicate in a civilized manner and resort to making things up before even trying to solve the problem.

sportcoupe dont be such a dick about this and whining to people that to be quite honest dont really care, we all here know laser ben is a good trustworthy guy and has quite openly said he would fix your issue by sending you a NEW module.

Stop being such a little nonse about it, grow up and learn how to except an apology, if you handled this the right way I am sure your module would already be in the post.

i think everyone is atacking ben while I see he's just trying to solve a lots of missunderstandings by THE CUSTOMER.if its that wavelenght and you don't see it's orange, well, 611 is orange. not his problem.

if he sent the other guy a battery, well, its his fault, he's shipping the correct item, but you refuse and want the money back. lol he's in his right to send you the item since you bought it lol.

Unfortunately your approval isnt going to make a difference and i dont think anyone cares much for it.

Of course He is trying to make things right, im sure he doesnt want to part with the $$.


The "customer" should get a refund and go on their merry way. It would solve alot of problems and keep Ben's reputation a bit clearer than what this thread has shown.

Normally, I stay out of Forum arguments, just cause I don't want to get involved, or make enemies, & mostly cause ALL of BOTH sides of the dispute aren't printed without SOME BIAS, on one side or the other. It is not fraud. I gave you a perfect explanation, you refused to let me correct the problem. In that case, you cannot say that I am committing fraud. I made a mistake. No, I don't really want to part with the cash, that is true, that is the reason I was selling them. I am giving him the product he paid for and he is refusing it! That is not a wrong thing on my part!

I don't think this thread has hurt my reputation at all. If anything, it has shown that I have sold to a customer who has no idea at all, and to one who has refused to accept the product he bought.

I made a mistake and I gave an honest try to correct it, but the buyer did not want it corrected, he just wanted his money back. It is not wrong for me to correct my mistake.

Well Ben, here we go.

I ordered a HeNe tube from you at the end of March. You said you would ship it out on the following Wednesday. I waited a whole month and got nothing. So about 2 weeks ago I saw you in the chat area, and politely asked you about where my HeNe Laser is. You said you would look into it, and if you had to you'd send a new one because you have a bunch laying around.

I waited a couple of days, then I PM'd again. Nothin'.

Then I see this thread. So I thaugh I'd post something(Quoted above) and wait for your response. I've waited 48hours since that post in this thread and you haven't PM'd or responded to me in the thread.

Now I've been about the most patient customer anyone could ever ask for, but your lack of response has gotten me annoyed, to say the least.

You can expect another PayPal dispute if you don't respond to this by Tuesday.
