plus whatever it's going to take for 1. a clear ink, and 2. still need that neon yellow ink for the color... could find a non GITD neon yellow maybe?

Why would the neon yellow be needed if doing green though?
Also follow up question... how many shirts is 1lb of that super green good for?

of course we'd use green instead of yellow... the powder makes a very very light pigment in daylight - not opaque from what I could tell.
To get a visible print on black fabric there has to be:
1. White undercoat (yellow on black is no good)
2. Color coat (neon yellow? neon green?)
3. Clear coat with GITD crystals
1 pound of crystals is what I think would be adequate to mix into a quart of clear ink which would print about 60 shirts depending on the design (estimating based on the original GITD design)

Yes, I really love the quality of these shirts!
Yes, there is a zipper hoodie. Medium weight zipper is about $7 more than the non-zipper, and the logo would have to be offset as well... but yes they are available.

Also, if the M Tee fits well, the M Zip-up is awesome, unless you like it a bit looser.
I am just adding $5 instead of $7 to the ZipHoodies because the zippers catch and don't zip very smoothly...

The 3X:
28" Wide
31" From seam of sleeve to bottom.
34.25" From collar to bottom.

The polos I have, are 3X one GTID one regular, and 4X GTID... there is a pic in the vet's forum of me in it actually
The aren't cheap... all three together came out $103 last time. Prices are the same for the current GB except that shipping will not be included in the price like it was last time.
I do have an XL coming from Glenn, so once I get it, I'll post measurements for it as well.
Edit: Here are the pics if anyone wants to see... pics didn't come out great
The Yellow logo pictures are the Non GTID - IMHO the non GTID looks better during the day/in general, but obviously... doesn't glow so not as fun.
The charge on the GTID is pretty louse IMHO, 10 minutes max.
