Up for sale is a completely assembled Kryton Groove 1.2W 445nm laser. Operates off of 2 RCR123's.

I am looking into buying one of these if my 1w from o-like does not get taken by customs :( But im not on the west coast which seems to be the worst for customs problems. This seems like a good buy I might be back :)

it's 25mm in diameter and 6" long.

I just threw some fresh batteries in and it peaked at 1.54W second test peaked at over 1.6W

I did indeed and it does come with the focus adapter. I should have put that in there.. I am also including the rubber inserts that go into the groove as well as a glow in the dark tailcap if you want it.

Okay, I'm a member of your belated group buy. If you knock $80 or whatever I sent you several months ago off the price of this laser, I will paypal you the balance and you can delete my blue or violet anodized host from your list. It's been so long the details escape me. I understand, probably more than most on this forum. Man makes plans and god laughs. Does this work for you ? In case all reading this post think I am a s.o.b well, grow up , I'm just a realist. The balls in your court.
