I'm in the process of assembling yours right now lasersbee, should have it shipped early next week.

I will NOT be using UPS for shipping your laser though given what I just found out from an indepth search on UPS's business practices. I recently got stabbed by some "brokerage" fees and this is rediculous

Hey Ken....
as with all my transaction from the USA.... If the Parcel does not come
by USPS across the border... We will refuse it at the border...

UPS and FedEx has ripped us off in the past with their outrageous Brokerage
Fees that could be higher than the Customs Duty a Taxes and price of the
item combined...

Why would you think of shipping something to me by UPS.... all the other Kenometers
were shipped by USPS and they got here just fine (one exception...)..

Yeah... and members doing across border transactions should
be made aware of their unethical business practices concerning
their Outrageous Brokerage Fees..

My company has boycotted using them since 2 years ago...

Hey Ken and LaserBee.

I travel back and forth from Montana to Alberta every other week. If it’s worth it to you guys I would be happy to carry your meter across the border and drop it in the CA post (or other carrier) for a $0 brokerage fee . Just figure out the post from Lethbridge to LaserBees location and get it to me by personal PayPall transfer to avoid PP fees. Ken can deliver it to me when he comes to town and delivers mine

We only Ship the LaserBee products by Canada Post and there
are no Brokerage Fees to the USA..
Coming into Canada from the States.. USPS/Canada Post only
charges a $5.00 Brokerage Fees for any Declared Value amount..

suprisingly Usps has apretty reasonable cost for shipping compared to other countries.

LOL, say it to me ..... i just checked how much can cost me to ship something like your Kenometer from Italy to USA, on the site of our postal service ..... 52,38 Euro ..... that means 76,5 $, at the actual change

Any idea about how much the upgrade from a kenomter lite to a graphing kenometer would cost? If it wont be too much money I might be interested in the lite version now and the graphing upgrade later.

I'm setting up the "upgrade kit" as the same cost as a full Kenometer pro. So if you want to upgrade to a pro, it will be the same cost as a full minus the price of a Kenometer Lite. Of course there will be the additional cost of shipping, but it's a great deal.

Yes, this for ship TO Italy from there ..... but when we have to ship boxes internationally FROM Italy, the prices are outrageously high, compared with other countries.

And other than this, they usually break a good 20% of the packages in transit

We have one of the better postal system of the world ..... for steal your money and not grant you the delivery

For this reason, also if i get something broken or not working form international sometimes, for me is more cheap just order another one, than send it back for repair ..... i can just wish, that our prices was low as some other countries .....

And is not the first time that, also on ebay, in the shipping info, i see "we ship worldwide, except Italy" ..... and asking why, they reply me that they don't ship anymore in Italy cause in the past 50% of their packages was blocked or "lost in transit" through custom offices (that is just a diplomatic way for say that someone in the custom offices stolen them ) .....

And about the speed ..... well, just as example ..... i ordered some gun-shaped IR thermometers for friends, from HK, on ebay (private order, not as company) ..... custom office got the package exactly 6 days and half after the shipping (HK post tracking confirmed me the exact date of delivery to the custom office) ..... then they waited 60 days with no reasons, before ask me for documents and declaration that the shipment was for private use (and in the meantime, nor i nor the seller had received any notification) ..... then, after i sent them all the documents, they needed other 19 days for deliver me the package (230Km from here) ..... 79 days for delivery me a package that needed 6 days and half for come from HK to here ..... is this a good system ?

Hey kenom will their be a way to upgrade from light to the USB version or only the full version? if your going to come out with a usb version and an upgrade i would be willing to buy a light right now if i sold my laser-bee
also is their a way to get a removable head for thos hard to reach places like in my scanner before the mirrors? or will this throw off the readings with air currents?
