OMG, you should hear the plans for the Pro version! I want one so bad! Ken is still working on it.

The accuracy will be the same as the lite version, which is very accurate. Ken might be able to give you an actual percent, I dunno.

how come it only costs $20.00 to ship to the other side of the Globe
to Australia... and it costs $30.00 to Canada.. on the same Continent...

Or am I getting special shipping....

When I ship to the USA I can do it for about $35.00 but Australia
costs me $65.00 (of course Ins is included in both cases)...
Just curious...

Yes. Since the newer microcontroller is going to essentially be similair to the laserbee in size, it will be easy to put in a small enclosure
However since the graphical display will be larger some modifications may be necessary. If it's not possible to fit into the same enclosure, then it would just be a matter of sending in your old one, or putting together a kit, that can be sent out, that will include everything you need to "upgrade" This will be cheaper as the most expensive component the sensor will already be in your hands. Plus yours could be hand delivered since you live so close!

Wow, the response to this offer has been stellar and based on it's interest, I should see the development of the Pro here very soon. I want to thank everyone for their interest. It's still available for the time being as I've still got some pending interests, but it looks like very soon it may be.

I will NOT be using UPS for shipping your laser though given what I just found out from an indepth search on UPS's business practices. I recently got stabbed by some "brokerage" fees and this is rediculous

as with all my transaction from the USA.... If the Parcel does not come
by USPS across the border... We will refuse it at the border...

UPS and FedEx has ripped us off in the past with their outrageous Brokerage
Fees that could be higher than the Customs Duty a Taxes and price of the
item combined...

Why would you think of shipping something to me by UPS.... all the other Kenometers
were shipped by USPS and they got here just fine (one exception...

)..

I travel back and forth from Montana to Alberta every other week. If it’s worth it to you guys I would be happy to carry your meter across the border and drop it in the CA post (or other carrier) for a $0 brokerage fee

. Just figure out the post from Lethbridge to LaserBees location and get it to me by personal PayPall transfer to avoid PP fees. Ken can deliver it to me when he comes to town and delivers mine

We only Ship the LaserBee products by Canada Post and there
are no Brokerage Fees to the USA..
Coming into Canada from the States.. USPS/Canada Post only
charges a $5.00 Brokerage Fees for any Declared Value amount..
