Up for sale is pretty much everything I own laser related and a few non-laser related to keep me from being homeless.

First off I apologize to steve for selling things that were given to me free. However given my emergency, I hope that he won't mind. If you do, well, I apologize but my need is greater than my need for lasers.

so. Here's the lineup.

#1 Kryton prototype red laser. This one kills me to give up. I paid $900 to have it made when we were first considering the Krytons and is the very first diode pocket host that was ever made. It has a LOC that was set to 350mw but has degraded down to a 270mw over the last year. Flexdrive in this baby with a single 17670 battery (included) Asking $300 for this one. Own a piece of laser history!
You can see it compared to a Kryton smooth, and a Kryton groove

#2 beam combiner pulled from a laser copier. This is designed to combine 2 different IR lasers into one beam and comes with all the optics and diode mounts to accomplish it. I'm asking $45 for this. would make a great combiner for 2 red LOC diodes to make 300mw-500mw.

#3 HeNe tube. outputting 2-3mw 632nm. I've never powered it up as I don't have a psu. I was going to get one. Asking $20

This is just the beginning folks. I've got more just need to package them together in bundles as they aren't valuable by themselves.

adding 7 plastic enclosures. These were slated for the Kenometer USB but turned out to be too small with the added filter circuit to it. I spent $2 a pop on these and they are INCREDIBLY SMALL. Asking $2 plus whatever it costs to ship to your neck of the woods. (dimensions 2.283" 1.378" 0.630") (2 to robjdixon)

7 miniature dual 5k potentiometers $1.50 each (shipping extra and each one comes with a knob) (3 to don't_laze_me_bro)

11 rocker switches.15A @125V $1 each (shipping extra you might detect a pattern)

8 switching power supplies. 5.1V, 2A and +-12V, 200mA ARTESYN POWER SUPPLY-MPJA, Inc. Asking price $5 each (shipping extra)

Dymo labelwriter 400 Turbo postage and label printers. Asking $75 each. (need I say shipping is extra?)

Jayrob mini host $5

Aixiz labby (broken) driver works
selling as parts (modules) and driver $25

Laserone spirograph. $20 has a dead diode in it I believe.

Lasersaber this one really needs no explanation, but will do so anyway. It's a clear polycarbonate blade with a ball bearing in the center, that rocks up and down allowing the beam of a laser to go into the blade or not. I have a review of this particular unit. Asking $25 shipping is extra on this one.

I don't think it should matter wheather it's a PM or right here in the thread just look at the time stamp on both and pick the earlyest one, heck if we are talking just PM's I was asking you about this stuff 20 min befor you posted it rember you said you were going to put it up in about 20 min. ;)

Please just look at the time stamps and see who was first.....

I honestly think that the issue with the divergence is as a result of modehopping just a little. The beam when seen through a lens (to make it bigger) does seem to shift a little bit. This has a nice tight beam up close, but it gets to about 3' at 100 yards. Not very encouraging I know huh?! LOL

yeah his PM was literally 26 seconds (based on the timestamp) before your posting in this thread indicating interest in #7.
Crazy guy has offered me both of the Kenometer Lites I built for him (value $150 each) in trade for the spiro.. Honestly, I think he's nuts...LOL
Either that or incredibly generous

I'm interested in the Kryton Groove host. What color is it? Has it ever been used? Does it come with a lens, glass or plastic?
