Ok so I have a few diodes to sell for Junktronix.

Edit I also now have 15-30mW 532nm modules for sale pics will come soon

Diodes are as follows

50--------------SDL-7501 635nm, 15mW laser diodes (9mm) $15 Each

9-------------- 635nm, 5mW Circulaser laser diode These are bare laser diodes which have a microlens installed so that the beam will be round when collimated $20 each

4-------------- Mitsubishi 50-80mW 658nm Laser Diodes $7 each

I also have 2 TEC cooled laser mounts $25 each

Re: Junktronix diode sale

Ok so based of kevin from Junktronix these are the diodes Thorlabs - HL40023MG 404 nm, 400 mW, Ø5.6 mm, G Pin code, Opnext Diode
In an email with Kevin from Junktronix he told me
I have these either pressed into a copper heat sink plate or mounted in a module with a nice low-loss, fixed collimating lens. I'll send pictures soon. They are rated either 400 or 500mW, but in my testing here they easily do >1W

Re: Junktronix diode sale

#sadface....I have grown used to the single mode 405's, even if the divergence is not so great atleast it is a clean beam. Not so sure I would be interested in a multimode 405 diode.

Re: Junktronix diode sale

Maybe it is just the way my eye views the beam at extended distances...

Re: Junktronix diode sale

I wonder what the real world applications are for those diodes, I'm pretty sure they can't use multimode diodes for Blu-ray drives.

Re: Junktronix diode sale

They might could use them for pumping other lasers.

Re: Junktronix diode sale

They came out of a prototype high-def, super high brightness video display.
