BTW, its not exactly the same. And I can only imagine what job he did inside quality wise. And if modifying the existing circuit was done safely.

He sells 5mW pointer without even owning a laser power meter.

I would understand if he did something similar to my laser and sell it in his own way. No, he put all his effort and research to get to build exactly what I build, and exactly how i sell it right next to me.

No, I did not answer everything he asked me. I posted components that I use in my laser along with existing transistors before, and I told him as a joke "its a military secret" because he would be like "come on, tell me I'll find out anyway"

As if we are talking about some major secret.I didn't wanna tell him everything because of his 1000 000 questions he always asks through PMs and EM, and than comes here with new DIY laser for sale.

He used the same case with the same dial power adjuster. The lens is set a little deeper but other than that it looks the same. Even has the same cube with it

Agree, I want to see what he has to say on his defense. :

Jake seemed like a nice guy until he did this. The only thing I don't like about him is that he doesn't seem to enjoy the hobby. He posts about some nice laser he just built, and then he puts it up for sale. Seems like all he cares about is making money out of lasers.

I feel the same, he made a beautiful BR pen and sold it soon after. I would never sell that.
