does anyone have any ir diodes for o-like 200mw green modules for sale or trade or know where and whats the best diode to replace the original one?

Hi, I would try this one: 500mW 808nm laser diode/TO-18(Φ5.6mm) [OL-808-500] - $12.99 : Welcome to O-Like.com, Your source for laser products

They also offer a 1W 808nm diode but if they say their 200mW green module is taking less than 600mA i would try the one above.
