Up for trade is a used 8gb Ipod Touch 1st generation. The front is in mint condition. However, Like every other Ipod the back has quite a few scratches. Included with the Ipod is an Otterbox defender case. Amazon.com: OtterBox Defender Case for iPod touch 1G (Black/Black): Electronics. I also have the original box that it came in. The Ipod is currently jail broken with over 150 apps but I can remove this and return it to factory default settings per your request. Anyways, here are some pictures. If you have any questions feel free to ask. I am willing to trade for just about anything as I have no use for this. Thanks for looking!

100mW blu-ray? or dual laser Phaser with a 70mW blu-ray and 125mW red built into it?

jail broken basically means its cracked so you can get free apps off torrent sites and use them on the ipod.

Wow, That would be a good thing to know! It's 8 GB. And no It does not need a new battery. It works perfectly fine right now. Like he said Jailbroken means you can get free apps and it also allows you to customize it more.
