Hello guys,

I have developed a professional module that is tec cooled so here it is:

I have 17 modules for sale in the next few weeks. Comes complete with tec and driver in 1 housing.

Brightlight laser 445-V1
Beam at aperture: 3.5 by 3.5 garranteed
divergence minimum 0.9mrd average or customized to match with your other lasers
power: 1watt
Analog and TTL modulation up to 30 khz
Size: 75mm x 40mm x 44mm
Size driver 102x 60 x 34
Beamheight 29mm so it matches with CNI and Laserwave
Pl members price 445 euro including shipment.
Warrenty 1 year after manufacturing

Also now available as complete kit. You only have to screw the lens in and glue the prisms to match your lasers. Kit price: 345 euro incl shipment!!!!

The module produces 1 watt of 445nm with a 3.5 by 3.5 beam at aperture. The divergence can be matched with your green and red when i know your spotsize at 10 meters. The lowest divergence is 0.9mrd but i prefer to match it with the customers green and red modules if they have them already. If they buy my upcoming red modules i will match my blue modules with those.

The module is tec cooled by a peltier and the temperture is steady on 25 degrees. comes complete with driver and is tested to garantee the output. The internals are made out of brass to give the best heat conductivity to the tec plate
Warrenty is one year. The size of the module is 75mm in length,40mm wide and 44mm in height. The housing is made out of aluminium and is black anodisized.

Thanks for looking. Any questions don,t hesitate shoot me a PM!!!

Do these include active TEC control via temp sensor feedback or do you just set the TEC current and leave it? For almost $500 US I'm hoping its active..

its active:yh: The thermistor controles the current of the tec so when the brass diode mount gets more hot then it activates the Tecplate to cool the brass diodemount and visaversa

Sounds very nice.. they look very nice too. I saw them on PL, but I didn't get into the finer details.. I'm quite impressed. I'm sure you'll have no trouble selling them..

I have doubts because most hobbyist will try to build there own. (mostly from aluminium) and there for the market is small. I need to build complete projectors to make it really pay off. And then you have all the competition from the chinese companies and also laserworld.
But i don,t mind. My ultimate goal is to have my own developed lasers with high powers so that i can do a great show. My quad is on the way and also an octo :D
